We have a new little cabin! Beginning June 25, 2025, it’s available for day stays.
I (Jenna) created this to be a writer’s cabin—a quiet place to be with your thoughts, your books, your writing, and a few llamas and sheep. The cabin is on the western side of our blueberry farm, within sight of the barn and blueberry field. Readers, writers, scholars, contemplatives, parents who need a break….anyone in need of nature and a little quiet time should enjoy this beautiful, cozy spot.
The 12×16 cabin features the following:
- Windows on all sides with close-up views of pasture, where 2 llamas and 2 sheep often graze. In summer, you’ll likely spot them in early evening.
- Corner desk with ergonomic chair (can accommodate tall people!)
- 24″ computer monitor with HDMI hookup (for your laptop)
- Free wifi
- Coffeemaker and mugs
- Air conditioner and heater
- Comfy couch
- Small refrigerator
- Microwave
- Purified water
- Small sink
- Ceiling fan
- Trash and recycling
- Lofted queen-sized bed for naps (we can’t yet accommodate overnight stays per county regulations)
Trial pricing for summer 2025: $30/day, in return for feedback on your stay! I’m not ready for reviews at this point; I’m mostly curious about what you thought, what was great, what was missing, and what could be improved.
Please note that there is no toilet inside the cabin. Instead, there is a small (but nice!) bathroom shed a minute’s walk away.
